Memorial and Celebration Opportunities

Memorial Wall: Having a memorial plaque for a loved one on our Memorial Wall ensures that Yahrzeit will be observed for them in perpetuity by our congregation. Each plaque ensures that the name of your loved one will be read on his or her Yahrzeit, and the plaque’s light will be lit at the four annual Yizkor services. The plaques record the Hebrew and English names of the deceased and the dates of birth and passing. For more information or to order, CLICK HERE.

Tree of Joy: Our new Tree of Joy—a Simcha Tree—is situated in our community room to remind us of all the joys of our lives. Each leaf will mark a lasting memory of a joyous simcha in the lives of members of Shir Hadash–births, b’nai mitzvah, graduations, marriages, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, etc. For more information or to purchase a leaf, CLICK HERE.
